The Duronic reviews were all quite complimentary and whilst I wouldn’t normally buy something without reviews, this seemed a solid make. Other models had comments like ‘stood out too far’ and ‘could see the mount too easily’ so this smaller model seemed more suited to our new 32″ LG

I’m not disappointed, in fact very pleased. Enough to pen this first review!

The instructions were excellent, with plenty of spare bolts etc, to match different TV holes, and all neatly packaged (IKEA could learn from them with their bags of all-sorts fixings). Anyhow it took about an hour due to our cautious drilling into brick behind the dry lining. 6 deep holes with sturdy bolts and quite easy to line up horizontally. The built in level was pretty accurate but we double checked with a big spirit level. end result is fine. It was a doddle to complete once the wall frame was in place.
I’d recommend making the decision on whether to tilt or not before you tighten the vertical bolts which secure the TV to the frame as you can’t adjust the tilt once the TV is mounted on the frame. Actually tightening these vertical bolts was the most awkward part as the gap between the TV and the frame is nice & slim.
If you are intending to attach other devices to the TV then maybe a model which stands a bit further from the wall might be more suitable, as our LG’s sockets are about 3-4″ in from the side at the back, but no problem for us as we don’t intend adding other devices to this TV
All in all a good buy!

very happy to recommend Duronic, and this model of wall mount for a 32″ set. The delivery was about 3 days, over a w/e so pleased with that aspect. Would have liked it as a Prime candidate so that it arrived same time as the set (prime, next day) but not willing to pay more for rapid delivery and that’s up to us

If you are after a great looking slimline 42′ tv then this is for you, I have a 32′lcd of a different make and was a bit worried about getting a plasma. A really good TV, ignore the bad reviews - there is no buzzing, the picture quality with Sky HD is AMAZING.....BBC HD, SKY MOVIES look outstanding - BUT you must use the picture wizard, as out of the box it wont be set up correctly.<br/><br/>Some reflection but it's ok - I prefer this than a matt screen.<br/><br/>Sadly no DivX playback but i just use my XBOX360 (hooked up to componant HD in)....games look truly outstanding, no blur in motion scenes.<br/><br/>Yeah the speakers are a bit tinny - but a TV that is this thin wont have enough depth for any kind of subwoofer. I got this TV free with a mobile phone deal….amazing!

This replaced my aging toshiba 32″ wide-screen CRT (which was great). A really good TV, ignore the bad reviews – there is no buzzing, the picture quality with Sky HD is AMAZING…..BBC HD, SKY MOVIES look outstanding – BUT you must use the picture wizard, as out of the box it wont be set up correctly.

Some reflection but it’s ok – I prefer this than a matt screen.

Sadly no DivX playback but i just use my XBOX360 (hooked up to componant HD in)….games look truly outstanding, no blur in motion scenes.

Yeah the speakers are a bit tinny – but a TV that is this thin wont have enough depth for any kind of subwoofer. I’m using a LG 5.1 surround kit off ebay for £20, and it sounds great now….

You can’t go wrong guys…BUY IT!

If you have an immaculate collection of blu-ray discs and never intend to use a rental service such as LoveFilm, this player won’t disappoint. It loads quickly, operates quietly and delivers excellent picture and sound quality.

However, this player struggles with scratches or even smudges. I tried four different discs from LoveFilm, all with minor scuffs, and none of them worked properly in the Panasonic BDT110. The same discs worked perfectly in a Sony PS3.

I bought this player based on 5 star reviews from What Hifi magazine, but they obviously didn’t try the machine with scuffed discs. I think I’ll stick to reviews from Which? magazine in future. So far, their recommendation of the LG BD670 Smart 3D Blu-ray Player has handled scuffed discs with ease.
